Our Original albacore has just two ingredients: fish and a pinch of salt. The liquid in the can is the natural fish oils, full of Omega-3s. So stir those oils back into the fish to get all the heart-healthy benefits albacore has to offer.
Our Original albacore is infinitely customizable: add onions, celery, and black olives for a taste of tradition. Or try a little sesame oil. Or dill pickles, finely chopped. Or a sprinkle of that orange seasoning salt that comes in a tall plastic bottle from the grocery store.
